Dining Room Restaurant Castlebar

We picked Dinning Room as a restaurant for our small wedding meal. From the start Shirley was so accomodating with times, they designed a custom menu especially for our occasion which was a lovely touching gesture. The food was amazing every dish tasted amazing from the bread to starters, mains and desserts. Staff were lovely and kind, very professional. The restaurant itself is a lovely small intimate place great for a special occasion to celebrate. Lovely touch also from Kevin taking time to come out and talk to us. Lovely people, beautiful restaurant and the most amazing food.

Beautiful food, expertly prepared, hospitable service, and a beautiful room. If it wouldn’t require a transatlantic flight I would gladly dine here weekly. We came with a group of 8 rather last minute and they took excellent care of us. We’re already preparing for our next meal in a few months.

Very good food and great setting. Food is some of the best in Castlebar with a price to match but it’s worth it for sure. Staff are very good and attentive and you feel valued by them. One minor suggestion I would have for the owners is to change the had dryer in the bathroom to paper towels. Hand dryers aren’t that hygienic and the restaurant would benefit from an upgrade
